Returns & Exchanges Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Returns

  • To request a return, please fill out the Return Request Form within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Once we receive the returned product in the same condition as sent, we’ll initiate your refund to your original payment method.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • The process of refund takes up to 21 days.

 

Exchanges

  • Fill out our Exchange Request Form within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality check, we’ll dispatch the correct item as requested.
  • Please note, exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
  • The exchange process may take up to 12-15 days.
  • The process of refund takes up to 21 days.
