Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please fill out our Exchange Request Form within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly mention the reason for exchange in the form.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality check, we’ll dispatch the correct item as per your request.
Please note, exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll reach out to offer an alternative or issue store credit.

Return Policy

To request a return, please fill out the Return Request Form within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the returned product in the same condition as sent, we’ll initiate your refund for the remaining amount to your original payment method (or as store credit, as applicable).
The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
